The latest release from Pinty is the double A-side ‘Flex/On My Own’ and their accompanying music video, which features a Francis Borgeouis cameo. The tracks are an impressive example of genre-blending, with garage influences being merged with jazz, house and grime. Early Dizzie Rascal was a particular influence: “‘Flex’ is all about me being free, having fun and not being too serious.  As soon as I heard the beat (shout out to Karma Kid!) it took me back to being to my teenage bedroom listening to Dizzee and classic grime.
